Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

Hanger blast machines are specially designed for blasting various components e.g. large / medium / small castings, forging parts, fabricated steel products, automobile parts, alloys wheels and other parts. The hooks have the function of lifting, moving and rotary. These components are hung on the hook of a hoist and controlled manually by the operator through the overhead conveyor outside the machine by control panel. Besides the rail system with one hook per rail there is also the "Y" track system with two hooks. The blasting wheels are fitted on a cabin side, while the movement of the hook rotates. The surface of the work piece is thus evenly blasted from all angles and even difficult to reach areas are optimally treated.
